Campaign Management

Once you have created a campaign, you will be able to manage it in various ways that are detailed below. The additional actions for campaigns will be found in the button placed in each campaign. 

Pause Campaigns

The only campaigns that can be paused are the Active and Scheduled campaigns. Once you click on the button, you must select the "Pause" option. You will be required to confirm the action. Once you confirm it, the campaign will be paused until reactivated.

Reactivate Campaigns

The only campaigns that can be reactivated are the Paused campaigns. Once you click on the button, you must select the "Reactivate" option. You will be required to confirm the action. Once you confirm it, the campaign will be reactivated. 

Cancel Campaigns

The only campaigns that can be cancelled are the Active and Paused campaigns. Once you click on the button, you must select the "Cancel" option. You will be required to confirm the action. Once you confirm it, the campaign will be cancelled. When you cancel a campaign, you will completely stop its progress and it will not be possible to reactivate it.

The difference between cancelling and deleting a campaign is that the cancelled campaigns will continue to be shown in the campaign history, while deleted campaigns will no longer be shown. 

Delete Campaigns

All campaigns, except for the active ones, can be deleted. Once you delete a campaign, you will not be able to retrieve it. Once you click on the button, you must select the "Delete" option. You will be required to confirm the action. Once you confirm it, the campaign will be deleted forever. You cannot undo this action. 

Edit Campaigns

The only campaigns that can be edited are the Scheduled campaigns. Once you click on the button, you must select the "Edit" option. This will open the same lateral window you saw when configuring the campaign. You'll be able to navigate through the steps to modify the campaign.
