Campaign Statuses

Las campañas tienen distintos estados que pueden cambiar de manera automática o manual. A continuación podrás ver qué significa cada uno de estos estados.

Campaigns have various statuses that can change either automatically or manually.  

Active Campaigns

Active

Active campaigns are those that are being executed in the present tense. These campaigns can be manually paused. Once the campaign is completed, it will automatically change its status to Done.

Paused

These are campaigns that have been edited manually. They can be canceled or reactivated manually. 

Future Campaigns

Scheduled

These are campaigns that have been created and scheduled for a future date. These campaigns can be canceled manually and they will automatically change to active once it has started. 

Past Campaigns or History

Failed

These are campaigns that have failed due to various reasons. Campaigns will change to the failed status automatically. Once a campaign has failed, its status cannot be changed.

Cancelled

These are campaigns that have been manually cancelled. Once a campaign has been cancelled, its status cannot be changed.

Finished

These are campaigns that have been successfully executed and finished. Once the campaign has concluded, it will change its status to done automatically. Once a campaign has been finished, its status cannot be changed.
