Create Campaign Button
You must click on the Create Campaign button to begin its creation. This will open a lateral window where you'll be able to set up the campaign.
1. Campaign Set Up
You'll have to come up with a campaign name and choose a number to make the calls. This phone number is the number that your clients will see when you call them.
In this step, you'll also be able to choose the agent for your campaign. To do so, you must click on the "Browse Agent" button, choose the Agent Folder where your Agent is stored, and select the Agend you wish to use for the campaign.
What happens if you want to change the agent?
You must delete the agent selection with the trashcan button and select another agent.
2. Contact Group Selection
1. Existing Contact Groups

- With this option, you can choose a contact group that you have uploaded to the Web. You can find more information on uploading Contact Groups in the Contact Groups section.
- You may browse the contact groups with the search bar or browse by date.
- Once you find the contact group you want to use, you must click on it to select it and click on "Continue" to go to the next step.
3. Variable Match
What is a variable match?

- Conversational flows usually contain variables in various sections of the conversation. The variables are fields that vary depending on the person that is being called. An example of a variable is the name of a person. The agent has in the conversational flow "Hello, {name}", where {name} is the variable. If the agent extracts the information placed on the Name column of the selected contact group, it will be able to greet your customers by their name.
- Each agent requires different variables depending on its functions. In this step, we establish the relation of your columns with the agent's required variables.
- The Match is done automatically, but you can double-check just to make sure. You will see the match made by comparing 2 columns: one that represents the agent's variables and another one that represents the names of your contact group columns. Once you verify it is ok, you can click on "Continue".

4. Campaign Details
This step is very important to make sure your campaign is exactly as you want it.
- Call Schedule
- A cualquier hora: esta opción permite llamar a los usuarios a cualquier hora del día.
- Entre 8am y 8pm: esta opción deja predeterminada esa ventana de tiempos para realizar llamadas, entre 8am y 8pm.
- Seleccionar horario específico: puedes seleccionar el horario de llamadas que prefieras, escogiendo una hora de comienzo y una hora de finalización para crear la ventana de tiempo durante la cual se realizarán llamadas.
- Call Attempts
- How many times should we try to reach a contact? These attempts are the times the agent will try to call the user in case he or she does not answer. For example, if the agent has 3 attempts but the contact answered on the first one, the agent will stop trying to reach that contact. On the other hand, if the client does not answer, the agent will try to call the client 2 more times.
- Attempt Intervals
- You can personalize the number of attempts from 1 to 10 attempts per day.
- The attempt interval refers to the time between each attempt.
- Campaign Finalization
- There are 2 ways to finalize a campaign:
- Until all contacts are called

- This option concludes once it has made all of its attempts.

- Until a specific date

- This option finalizes the campaign on a specific date and time.

5. Summary
This step shows all the details of the campaign for you to check and confirm. This is the ideal moment to go back and make changes if needed. Please note that when you launch the campaign, you will not be able to edit it.
You can navigate through the steps with the arrows and the section names.
Launch Date
The last step is to select the launch date of your campaign.

- This option launches the campaign immideately. This means that once you click on "Launch Campaign", it will start right away.
- Launch on a specific date
- You may schedule your campaign for a later date and time.

6. Launch
Una vez que la campaña esté lista, puedes darle a Lanzar Campaña para finalizar el proceso de creación de la misma.
Once your campaign setup is complete, you can click on the "Launch Campaign" button to finalize the process.
Hooray! You have created a campaign.
