Downloading a Contact Group

  1. To download a contact group, you must first access the Contact Groups section inside of the web. 
  2. Then, you must select the contact group you wish to download by clicking on it. 
  3. Once you're in the contact group, you'll see the Download button in the upper right corner of the screen. Once you click on the button, you must wait a few seconds depending on the size of the contact group and once it's ready it will be downloaded to your computer as a .csv file.
