More Actions in Contact Groups

You can duplicate or delete contact groups. To excecute these actions, you must click on the button with 3 dots placed in the line of the contact group. Once you click on the button, more options will be displayed: duplicate, edit, hide and delete. 

Duplicate Contact Groups

1. Once you click on the "more options" button, you must select the "Duplicate" option.
2. The web will warn you before finalizing the action. Once you confirm the action with the "Yes, Duplicate" button, your contact group will be duplicated with the name: [ContactGroupName]_copy. 

Delete a Contact Group

1. 1. Once you click on the "more options" button, you must select the "Delete" option.
   2. The web will warn you before finalizing the action. Once you confirm the action with the "Yes, Delete" button, your contact group will be deleted. You cannot undo this action. 

Edit and Delete Multiple Contacts

Beside the Contact ID you will find a checkbox. You can select one or more contacts with the checkbox to make massive actions. 

When you select one or more contacts, the Edit and Delete buttons will be displayed. 

1. If you choose to edit, the text boxes will be activated for the selected contacts in order to modify their information. Please note that you must click on the Save button to make the changes effective. 
2. If you choose to delete the contacts, you will see an alert to confirm the action. Once you confirm the deletion of the contacts, these will be deleted from the contact group. This action cannot be undone.
