Introduction to the Web

Vozy's Web has multiple sections and our mission is that you can understand them in the best possible way. In this section, you'll find a summary of the Web and all of its possibilities. In each section, you'll find additional links in case that you need more information on a certain topic. 

Agents

In this section, you will find the management and creation of agents. You'll also be able to see and build conversational flows and the performance of your agents. For more information on this topic, please visit the Agents Section.

Contact Groups

This section is where all of the Contact Groups are uploaded and managed. This section is basically your contact database. You can read more on this section in Contact Groups. 

Campaigns

This section of the Web allows you to create campaigns, or calls made to your contacts by an agent. You can find more information about Campaigns in the Campaigns section.

Dialog History

This section is where all the dialogs and audios of previous calls are stored. Thanks to our STT (Speech To Text) technology, you'll be able to listen to the conversations and also read them. For more information on this section, visit Dialogs. 

Reports
