You have the posibility to record all the calls that are made through the platform in order to improve the quality of the service or for customer support purposes. To listen to those calls that have been recorded, follow these steps:
Go to the admin section
On the left side menu select the option "calls" and then select "CDRs"
Now you can look for the recording of the call you want to listen to. You can play it directly on the website or download it to your computer.
