The monitoring or listening feature allows you to listen to a call in real time without interrupting, and it is available in the Pro plan. You can use this feature for different purposes such as supporting a commercial agent, verifying the quality of the calls and to monitor the work performed by the agents.
Monitoring:
1. Open Vozy
2. In the top right, click Admin
3. In the "tools" section, select "spying" Tools > spying
4. Click in "Create Spying" and complete the information
5. Enter a group name (optional), then enter who will be the user with the monitoring power and users who will be monitored and finally, enter the code always adding an “*” at the beginning. After that, the system will identify when you require to use this feature. For exemple, if you choose “*92”, from your extension you should dial *92+ extension number which you will monitor.
Example:
* 92 + 110
Remember that from the admin panel, you can change the data entered at any time and create different monitoring groups if necessary.
