To record an audio with the welcome message for your customers follow these steps:
Step 1:
Log in to your Vozy account on line
Step 2:
Click on "Numbers", Here you will see all the numbers that you have associated with the company, enter the number you want to set as the company's main number by clicking "Edit"
Step 3:
Select the box "Main Company Number" and then click ok "Save changes".
Step 4:
Click on "Main Number" on the left side of the screen and then enter "Incoming Call Handing"
Step 5:
Select the box "Virtual recepcionist" and click on "Save changes".
Step 6:
Enter "Virtual recepcionist"
Step 7:
Select the box "Record in over the phone" and click on "Save changes"
Once this option is selected, you must dial the company's phone number and enter the code that appears on the screen.
Step 8:
Once you hear the tone, record your audio.
Step 9:
When you finish recording your message press any key, In that moment you will hear an audio that will indicate to you that you press one of the following options:
1 to save the message
2 to hear what you recorded
3 to record again
