You can customize the music and message that your customers/ clients will listen to when you hold a call. To do so, please follow the steps below.
Go to the "Tools" option on the left menu of the screen, and click on "Music on Hold."
Unfold the "Selected Music" tab, and you will find the following options:
- Default Music: The music the system assigned as the default option.
- Silence: Holding calls without any sound.
- Select the audio that previously recorded/ uploaded.
If you do not have any audio uploaded/ recorded beforehand, you can create one by clicking on "Create Audio."
