Here is the instruction on how to update the profile of your account.

Click on "Profile" on the left menu of the screen.
Step 3:
Enter the following information:
- Company caller ID number: The principal number of the company.
- Company caller ID name: The name you would like to assign to the company.
- Time Zone
- Language
- Company Address
- Record Outbound Calls: Check the box if you would like to record the outgoing calls.
Step 4:
Click on "Save changes."
