An auto attendant is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system which gives your callers the ability to hear audio prompts and to make selections using touch tone keys.
Click 'Settings' on the top right corner of the website. Inside the red bar.
Select the "Main Number" tab.
Choose the Office Hours Strategy for your company.
Then you will see you Incoming Call Handling tabs and 2 options:
- Direct your callers to a Virtual Receptionist
- Direct your callers to a user, department or voicemail
