Audio in the IP telephony system can be affected primarily by quality issues in the connection, Port blocking by ISP, Compatibility issues between the computer and the softphone, And affectation of the channels that we provide for the call.
To solve these problems please follow the instructions below.
Step 1:
Check the volume of the device from which you are trying to make or receive a call.
Step 2:
Try to call another device, this to rule out that the problem is not being presented outside the service with some other operator or equipment external to the service.
Step 3:
Restart the device whether this is a cell phone, computer or ip telephone, that is how we discard any temporary failure in the hardware.
